| Prices | The Pro plan is USD 29 a month, tax included; the Team plan is USD 199 a month, tax included. What each plan includes is shown in the dashboard. The Free plan costs nothing |
| Credits (extra units) | USD 10 for 10,000 units, or USD 50 for 60,000 units, tax included. Credits expire six months after purchase |
| Other charges | None from us. Your internet connection, and any currency conversion fee your card issuer charges for a payment in US dollars, are yours to bear |

| Time of payment | A plan is paid for the first month when you subscribe, and then automatically on the same day each month until you cancel. When you move up a plan, the difference for the rest of the month is paid at once, prorated. Credits are paid for when you buy them |
| Delivery | The plan or the credits can be used as soon as the payment goes through |
| Cancellation and refunds | You can cancel a plan at any time in the dashboard. It stays in use until the end of the month you have paid for, and is not renewed after that. Because the service is provided online as soon as it is paid for, payments are not refunded, in full or in part, unless the law requires it |
